If something was missed, and you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will send your cleaner back out at our expense to correct the problem.

We do not offer Weekly or Bi-Weekly Residential Cleaning Services.

If we would not trust someone in to clean our own home or office, we're not going to send them to clean yours.
Is "Extended Arms" Licensed and Insured?
Yes. The house/office cleaning industry has many unlicensed, uninsured individuals offering services.
There are laws, rules, and protection afforded consumers when using a licensed company in the state of Tennessee. Checking
whether a company is licensed is easy, you can review a copy of the master business registration within Tennessee @ http://www.tn.gov
Hiring an unlicensed individual makes the 'client' technically and legally an employer, with all the tax, legal, and liability issues that come with it.
Do You Bring All The Cleaning Supplies And Equipment?
We arrive with all cleaning supplies and equipment necessary to make your home or office sparkle. We even bring our own freshly laundered microfiber or soft cotton towels to clean with. You'll be happy to know that many of our products are earth friendly and/or either unscented or low scented. If you'd like us to use your cleaning equipment or any special cleaning supplies, just let us know. We'd be happy to do so.
Do I Have To Be Available When You Clean?
Not at all.
In fact, many clients prefer to give us a key so we can clean when they are away. All keys in our possession are given a code designation and are secured when not in use. If you wish to hide a key on your premises, please call the office
with the location so we can notify your cleaner prior to their arrival. Upon leaving your property we will make sure it's secured.
How Do I Prepare For My First Cleaning?
Make sure all valuables are put away in a safe place. Ensure that your pets are locked away. Give clear details on how to handle any circumstances about entry as well as departure such
as key location, alarm code etc.
What Days Do You Work?
We are available to make your property shine Monday through Friday.
Saturdays & Sundays are available by SPECIAL REQUEST ONLY
though our cleaning rate is $15 Extra on Saturdays & Sundays
What Time Will You Arrive?
We place reminder calls the day before your scheduled cleaning and before arrival to confirm appt.
An estimated time of arrival (ETA) will be provided at that time. The ETA will be as accurate as we can possibly make it.
If there are clients scheduled before you sometimes it may impact the accuracy of our arrival time.
We make every attempt to arrive very close to our scheduled time. If you have a critical timing issue, please let us know, and we will do our best to try to accommodate it.
ALL Appointments must be CONFIRMED
the day of your Service before we send someone out to your location or your Appointment will be Forfeited.

Can I Leave A Note For The Team?
It's a good idea to communicate either to the office/house cleaner if you want special attention to an area, or if you are pleased with the job or have concerns. Our employees strive to provide impeccable service, but we are human and misunderstandings happen occasionally. We welcome the opportunity to improve our service to you.
How Do I Make My Payment?
Payment is due at the time of service.

What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel your services within 12-24 hours .
To schedule a cleaning session for a specific date a deposit may be required to hold the slot.
This deposit will secure your date and spot. The deposit will be deducted from your cleaning service total
once your service is rendered. If the session is cancelled the deposit will be non-refundable and serve as a
service cancellation fee for our time lost. Our time is valuable and every job counts.
What If I Forget The Team Is Coming To Clean My Home Or Office?
We call all our clients the day before the scheduled cleaning to remind them of their cleaning appointment.
Can I Purchase A Gift Certificate online?

Do "Extended Arms" do laundry, ironing, dishes?
No. We do not offer Maid Service
Does "Extended Arms" offer Carpet cleaning?
No. We do not provide carpet cleaning service. We only offer Carpet Removal Services
Does "Extended Arms" offers Tile & Grout cleaning?
Yes (can be quoted)
Does "Extended Arms" Clean windows interior & exterior?
No. We will only clean windowsills with each cleaning.
Do Extended Arms Clean or Wash Blinds & Removable Stove top drip pans?
Our cleaners will only clean wood blinds and shutters, if quoted (Not Aluminum)
We recommend to the homeowner to replace both if in such bad condition.
Will every piece of pet hair be removed from my home on my first cleaning session?
Due to the weight of pet hair it is impossible to remove all hair that has accumulated with 1 cleaning session, it will most likely require several cleaning sessions to remove heavily buildup pet hair.
( We'll remove most of it on the first cleaning session)
Can Extended Arms, Remove Pet Odors?
Our cleaning will Only eliminate the odor temporary, Especially in environments where there are more than one pet.
Do Extended Arms Cleaning Contractors give Refunds?
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy for all labor performed.
If there's something we missed, We will come back out to correct it within a 24 hour notice ONLY.
If problem is not reported within 24 hours from the time the property was service, your warranty will not be honored.
